Job Description

Keep up query records, document the records, offer letters, COE’s, subsequent meet-ups in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) framework constantly from time to time.

 Meet month to month targets and keep up the transformation proportion.

Keeping up great client services, customer contentment, examination and criticism/feedback from all requests during all phases of the procedure.

Insight overseas students to encourage and assist them with admission into Australian Universities, RTO’s and Colleges.

About You

A consultant should have following characteristics:

You should be reliable, and you should be noticeably clear in your communication which makes  you credible and convincing.

Should be able to proactively figure out and react to the requirements of students or potential colleges and universities.

Use, create and bolster assistive advancements.

Work with customers to address and hence resolve their issues utilizing education hypothesis
